The Danish cyclist said that he had bought certain medicines from the pharmacist Guido Nigreli for himself, his family and his pets. He said that he had purchased only legal products for therapeutic needs. The Danish sportsperson noted that he hadn’t purchased and utilized any prohibited drugs for athletic purposes.
It is known that Rasmussen’s sport history is not simple one. However this cyclist is a high level sportsperson and he is quite well-known, he wasn’t honest in any situation. He broke the rule of Tour the France and was suspended for 2 years.

Carl Fletcher, a shot-putter from Britain, can’t participate in competitions 4 years. The suspension was pronounced by the United Kingdom Anti-Doping Agency (UKAD) because he was accused in trafficking anabolic steroids. Carl Fletcher distributed more than 15 types of steroids. It was found out that HGH, testosterone and Trenbolone were among the preparations that had been distributed by this sportsperson. The Liverpool Crown Court sentenced this athlete to 9 months in jail.

It is not possible to overrate the role of these organizations in detection of steroid users in sports. Andy Parkinson, the CEO of the UKAD, is sure that if law enforcement organizations collaborate with the UKAD, the results will be excellent.
The Merseyside Police and the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) investigated a certain situation related to administration of steroids by officers at the St. Helens Basic Command Unit.
